Israel Adesanya, a former UFC champion from Nigeria, is staking $10,000 on Anthony Joshua to win the IBF world heavyweight title on Saturday against Daniel Dubois.
After Oleksandr Usyk vacated the title in June 2024, Dubois—who had previously been the IBF interim champion—was elevated to the position of official champion.
Joshua will be competing for the thirteenth time for the world title, and the two boxers already have a score to settle.
Adesanya recently published a photo of himself and Joshua on Instagram, writing, “OGUN!!” in the comments. This fight turned sour. Seize the sauce from @stake.
Additionally, “The Last Stylebender” shared a photo of his $10,000 wager and projected $50,000 payment on Joshua’s win.
The former middleweight champion of the UFC has supported Joshua before.
