Judge Jude Onwuegbuzie of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) High Court ruled on Monday, granting the EFCC the final forfeiture of a property in the FCT.

The anti-corruption agency’s spokesperson, Dele Oyewale, told reporters in a statement that the property, which is 150,500 square meters in size and includes 753 duplexes and other apartments, is the largest single asset the EFCC has recovered since its founding in 2003.

Oyewale stated that the property belonged to a “former top brass of the government,” although he could not specify who forfeited it.

In response, Sowore attacked the anti-graft agency for removing the property owner’s identify in a post on his official Facebook page.

He claims that the EFCC is currently terrified of “big” thieves because, in contrast to high-ranking government officials, it is always simpler for them to showcase individuals who are Yahoo boys.

“Who is the “former top brass” whose 753 duplexes were seized by the EFCC in Abuja?” he wrote.

“Now, the @officialEFCC is promoting thieves.” One person in Abuja was the owner of this sizable estate with 753 duplexes, but they are unable to identify them.

Even before their trial begins, if it’s the Yahoo lads, they will line up laptops and Nokia phones in front of them and send their pictures all over the world. Now, the EFCC is terrified of big thieves!
