Afrobeats singer, Tiwa Savage has said that Nigerians and the country’s music industry don’t appreciate her enough for her significant contributions.
Tiwa as she’s fondly called is one of the most-awarded female artists in Africa and regarded by many as the “Queen of Afrobeats”, but the queen said, she doesn’t think she gets accolades as much as she deserves.
The singer featured in a recent episode of the Offair Show co-hosted by Gbemi and Toolz.
Toolz asked: “Do you think you’ve gotten your flowers from the industry?”
Savage replied: “No. I’m sorry, I don’t.”
