Martins Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, is a social media critic who has petitioned against Federal House of Representatives member Alex Ikwechegh.
This comes after an Abia legislator was seen in a widely shared video threatening to beat up the cabman and imprison him in his generator house.
During the incident, the representative also slapped the driver and threatened to have him vanish.
Verydarkman’s petition accuses the lawmaker of grave offenses, such as attempted murder, assault, misuse of authority, and threat of death.
Deji Adeyanju, an activist and attorney for VeryDarkMan, signed the petition.
In a now-viral video, the federal politician was seen punching Mr. Stephen Abuwatseya, a Bolt driver.
The driver described his experience in the hands of the Representative member in an interview with VeryDarkMan on Monday.
