The West African Examinations Council (WAEC) has announced that the Computer-Based West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE) for Private Candidates would begin on Friday, October 25, 2024.
The second series will last from October 25 to December 20, 2024.
In a statement issued on Tuesday, WAEC also extended the registration time until Tuesday, October 29, 2024.
“The test will be delivered in a hybrid style, which means that objective questions will be completed on screen while on-screen essay and practical questions will be answered in the provided booklets.
“On this point, the Council would like to advise all candidates that the registration deadline has been extended until October 29, 2024.
“The final examination timetable is available for download on the WAEC Nigeria website,” according to the release.
