Hours after being released from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, or EFCC, embattled Nigerian crossdresser Bobrisky has departed the nation.
On Monday morning, the crossdresser posted a number of updates on his Instagram story.
“See u soon, Nigeria,” he said in a now-trending video announcing his departure. This girl spent almost 30 million dollars on three first-class tickets. For this girl, raise the bar.
After two unsuccessful attempts, Bobrisky was able to leave Nigeria.
The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) detained Bobrisky again last week in Lagos when he boarded a trip to London at Murtala Mohammed International Airport.
He was re-arrested a few days after his first arrest at Seme border by the Nigeria Immigration Service (NIS) while attempting to leave Nigeria.
Bobrisky has been under investigation after an audio recording allegedly surfaced on social media in which he claimed to have bribed EFCC officers with N15 million.
