The top five candidates for this year’s Ballon d’Or have been determined via ranking.

Rodri, the standout midfield player for Man City, came in fourth in the latest fan voting on the official Ballon d’Or website.

Worldwide football fans voted for Rodri with just 6.6% of the vote.

The 2024 Ballon d’Or award ceremony is scheduled for October 28 in Paris.

With 64.6% of the vote, Real Madrid star Vinicius Jr. dominated the fan vote on the official France Football website.

Given that he was instrumental in Los Blancos’ championship run the previous season, Vinicius is the clear favorite to take home the prize this year.

After an outstanding season with Inter Milan and Argentina, Lautaro Martinez came in second place with 8.2% of the vote.

Jude Bellingham, a midfielder for Real Madrid and England, came in third place with 8.2% of the vote.

The Englishman scored twice in the Euros to help England advance to the finals, and he contributed 36 goals for his team throughout an incredible season.

Rodri came in fourth place, having won the Premier League with Manchester City and the Euros with Spain.

With 4.6% of the vote, fellow Spaniard Lamine Yamal was the last name on the list.
