All these and others especially essential basic needs became replicated in the administration of Engineer Abdullahi Sule the incumbent governor when he took over the seat of power Five years ago ,which leaves Nasarawa State better and growing rapidly and even faster than it immediate neighbouring state as Benue and Plateau States in the area of industrial development.
Nasarawa State created in 1996 has advanced within the time of the return of the civilian governance that began with it first elected civilian governor Senator Abdullahi Adamu the immediate past National Chairman of the ruling party,where educational sector became fastracked at all levels.The administration would be remembered for the establishment of a University at Keffi and the state polythenic in Lafia the state capital.

Al-Makura administration again earns a nickname of Architect of Nasarawa State after a total overhaul of the state in all sectors that included a robust revenue generation after the establishment of the Nasarawa State Geographical Information System (NAGIS ) .The highlight of the administration came when the Cargo Airport was constructed , this the state government attributed the construction of the multimillion dollars project to the heights of MoUs and partnership the state had established with investors ,like Flour Mills of Nigeria, Dangote Groups ,Olam Rice Farms and many others but to mention a few which would ease transportation as well as serve as a vista and support the Abuja international airport.
