Under the direction of Engineer Sheidu Adamu Obansa, the Kogi State Project Implementation Unit (SPIU) of the Kogi Rural Access and Agricultural Marketing Project (RAAM) has reaffirmed its dedication to ensuring seamless project implementation throughout the state.

In a meeting with contractors, Engineer Obansa assured them that they will take care of the 65.25 km of phase 1 backlog maintenance and rehabilitation in the state.

Remember that the 65.25-kilometer phase 1 backlog maintenance and rehabilitation project was recently flagged off by Governor Ahmed Usman Ododo.

An open forum for in-depth conversations, recommendations, and project goal alignment was provided by the meeting.

The conference serves as a crucial conduit between the contractors, Swaleys Construction Company, Zarcus Construction, and ECL JV Global Integrated Concept Limited, and the construction supervision consultant, BOLCON Associates.

All parties involved were reassured by Engineer Obansa that more is being done to resolve unresolved problems and optimize processes.

The Coordinator declared, “Under Governor Ododo’s leadership, the government remains focused on delivering sustainable development that brings a fresh hope to rural residents.”

After the talks, contractors were formally given control of their individual sites, opening the door for a life-changing experience.

A new era of infrastructure development is about to begin in Kogi State as contractors are now assigned to their various locations. We’re working together to provide our rural residents a better future!

This RAAMP initiative calls for all stakeholders to collaborate in order to achieve timely and significant outcomes, demonstrating a strong commitment to improving the quality of life for rural residents.
