The Independent National Electoral Commission, or INEC, has been dubbed the most dangerous organization in Nigeria by afrobeats musician David Adeleke, better known by his stage name Davido.
The Edo State gubernatorial race is now underway when Davido made the accusation in a series of postings on his X handle on Saturday.
He wrote, “The most dangerous institution in Nigeria is @inecnigeria.”
The Afrobeat musician asked Edo people to be prepared to track their ballots and the results from the voting places all the way to the state collation center.
Even after making commitments, INEC won’t, in his opinion, send results online.
Everyone should be prepared to track the vote and results from the polling place all the way to the state collation center, as we already know that @inecnigeria will not transfer results electronically.
