The loss of boxer Anthony Joshua at Wembley Stadium has been discussed by Nollywood actor Yul Edochie.
On Saturday, September 21, 2024, during their heavyweight fight, Anthony Joshua was stopped by Daniel Dubois in the fifth round.
At his post-fight news conference, Joshua discussed his loss and said that he was defeated by a string of errors committed during the fight.
Yul, a purported ardent follower of the boxer, responded to the development by saying that Anthony appeared to be weary with the sport.
“No disrespect to Anthony Joshua, but e be like boxing don tire am sef,” the actor wrote in a post on his Instagram page.
He never gave the impression that he was taking the fight seriously in the lead-up to the battle. AJ is still my favorite, but I was hurt by the outcome. E hurts me.
