Alex Iwobi has stated that Fulham will continue striving for a European spot at the end of the season.

The Whites secured a 2-1 victory over Nottingham Forest at Craven Cottage last weekend.

Marco Silva’s team is currently in eighth place on the table, with 39 points from 25 matches.

They are five points behind fourth place.

Iwobi expressed that the team is focused on their ambitions, taking it one game at a time.

“Beating big teams twice will certainly give us an edge, but we always approach each match individually,” Iwobi told The Mirror.

“Regardless of whether the opposing team is fighting for European spots or battling relegation, we show them the same respect. We just need to keep pushing, as we see the quality in training every day.

“We’re all highly ambitious and take it step by step. European qualification is definitely on our minds.”
