Winner of Season 9 of Big Brother Naija Kellyrae has bemoaned how many times friends and family have asked for financial support.
The reality star disclosed that he has been inundated with pleas for financial support ever since he claimed on the internet that he paid his wife Kassia N55 million from the prize money.
He revealed this in a recent interview with Hero Daniels, a well-known figure in the media.
Kellyrae begged people who were requesting cash favors to let him settle.
“After I said I gave Kassia N55 million, I started getting calls from people close to us, and they wanted their own portion of my prize money,” he added.
I would like to remind everyone that I am not yet wealthy. The items are costly, but the money is substantial. How many egg crates will I purchase, even if it’s just single egg? Let a brother settle, please.
Kellyrae won the ninth season of Big Brother Naija and went home with a brand-new automobile valued at N40 million and a cash prize of N60 million.
