Fejiro Oliver Samson, co-founder of the Network Against Corruption and Trafficking, or NACAT, has urged well-meaning Nigerians to think about raising the educational standards for children with special needs and those from disadvantaged backgrounds.

He urged well-meaning Nigerians to go within the slums, find abandoned, run-down schools, and turn them into a safe place to learn.

This was said at Lugbe, Abuja, by Fejiro, who is also the CEO of Excella B Group.

Raising the educational standards for the community’s impoverished and special needs youngsters is crucial, he said.

“The only way for a child to succeed is through education, and it starts with a conducive environment,” Fejiro said, emphasizing the transformational potential of education.

He went on to say that those in positions of privilege ought to give underprivileged kids access to the same caliber of educational resources as kids studying overseas.

Without education, a child cannot achieve success. The directive is straightforward. Seek out the top educational institutions in America and Europe. The schools my children will attend are ones I’m proud of. that they are free to sit and learn without any obstacles or difficulties.

Choose one of these schools and renovate it by going to the slumps. Every well-meaning Nigerian should renovate the slums rather than the city. It will be difficult for those who can afford it.
