James Donald Vance, the Republican presidential running mate, described the party’s nominee, Donald Trump, surviving an attempted assassination as a miracle.

A 20-year-old Mathews Crooks had attempted to assassinate Trump on July 13 in Butler, Pennsylvania.

During Trump’s presidential campaign event, Crooks fired multiple shots at him, but the bullet struck the former president’s ear instead of taking him out.

But the secret service immediately neutralized the 20-year-old.

But last night, Trump, Vance, and his entourage went back to Butler.

“What happened here in Butler, PA on July 13th was nothing short of a miracle,” Vance declared during his speech at the campaign event. America experienced that day the veracity of the Bible:

“You are with me, so even though I am walking through the valley of the shadow of death, I will not fear evil.”

Glad to see @realDonaldTrump again in Butler.
