Victor Osimhen, a Nigerian international, has been left out of the Galatasaray team for their UEFA Europa League match against Latvian team Rigas FC on Thursday.
The 25-year-old Osimhen scored twice for Galatasaray in the exciting 3-3 home draw against Kasimpasa last Saturday, but he also suffered a muscle injury.
Osimhen’s injury has begun to heal, according to a Tuesday announcement from the Turkish Super Liga winners.
For their match against Riga FS on match day two, twenty-four players traveled to Latvia.
