Frontline activist Aisha Yesufu has called the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) a danger to the opposition.

According to Yesufu, the PDP has been in ruins since 2014 because they treated Nigerians like lepers.

The activist claimed in a post on X that PDP members thought the party was untouchable.

“The PDP you now know is destroyed is the same PDP for which we were attacked,” she wrote.

“PDP has been in ruins since 2014! They regarded Nigerians like lepers and thought they were untouchable.

“Anyway, it’s morning when people wake up. I’ll say it again: The opposition is threatened by the PDP.

For the position of National Chairman, the PDP is currently struggling with a leadership crisis.

Segun Sowunmi, a PDP leader and former Atiku Abubakar spokesman, had charged President Bola Tinubu with instigating the party’s conflict.

According to Sowunmi, Tinubu had no right to name Nyesom Wike as the Federal Capital Territory’s (FCT) minister without first seeking input from the PDP’s elders.
